I m a 40 year old female having severe left side abdominal pain which also causes back ache. Can I know the reason? My doctor has asked me to take ultra sound of kub suspecting it to be a kidney stone.he has given me urikind tablet for 2 days. could u pls advice me
Pain in the right/ left side of the abdomen ( called the lumbar region) can be because of kidney stones, USG KUB can detect it, depending on that the treatment can be initiated if the stone size is bigger (if there are no stones in the kidney, then complete abdominal scan will be helpful). Hope I could help you. Thank you.
