What Causes Headache, Abdominal Pain And Vaginal Bleeding?
I have real bad abdominal pain had it for a week and a half, can t walk properly I cannot poo, I have a headache and I am bleeding out my vagina ? I went hospital and they took a blood test and said it came back inflamed but not enough for me to stay in

-CBC
-USG abdomen
-Pelvic examination
-Per speculum examination
-Vaginal swab if needed
-pap smear if needed..etc...
According to cause further treatment can be given...
It might be pelvic inflammatory disease, cervicitis, ovarian cause, fibroid, hormonal imbalance etc like causes.
