What Causes Headache After Coming From Sun?
Hi, I sometimes have a headache after coming home from sun. After playing some outdoor sport in the sun. Pain is not severe however it does not stop even if i sleep fr some time. Eventually i hv to take a medecine (saridon). I dont want to take medecine everytime. Please help me. Thaank you, Rajat

Pressure intracranially can increase from extreme temperatures and in most cases it is related to a specific type of headache called migraine headaches. Speak to a neurologist who can provide a prophylactic course for a short duration of time after which your body should be more tolerant.
