What Causes Headache After Participating In Sports?
When I participate in sport, have a spa or sauna, and situations that would cause me to perspire I find I end up with a headache, even though I make sure I drink plenty of fluid. Would this still be from dehydration or could there be something else causing these headaches? Someone suggested to me that it may be a lack of magnesium, what are your thoughts please
Dear I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering It is true that electrolytes deficiencies can provoke a lot of symptoms but headache is rarely caused Staying in dry places doesn't provoke just dehydration. During that time your body muscle are relaxed and contracts that's probably the reason why you experienced headache It is probably tensive headache You may avoid staying for a long time in Yorkist places or take any pain killer to dominate headache Hope I had helped you Regards
