What Causes Headache After Receiving A Steroid Shot?
Today I had steroid. Shot in sacroiliac joint, pain subsided immediately, have steroids shots before never any problems. Tonight had problem going to sleep, also have slight headache. Took my blood pressure an it s high. 170 /90 then 167 /93 normally no BP issues. Any suggestions? YYYY@YYYY

Steroids can sometimes affect the blood pressure. Though you would not have noticed previous reactions, they can occur when it is sometimes used.
The change in blood pressure should not have an associated problems and should improve with a few days.
The sleep difficulty should also resolve as well
