Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms are related to a head concussion.

It is common to have these symptoms after a head trauma.

I recommend having some rest and avoiding straining physical activity and any possible other head trauma in the next days.

Your situation will improve spontaneously in the next days.

You can use ibuprofen or acetaminophen as painkillers for your headache.

If your situation worsens instead of improving (headache, confusion, nausea), I recommend going to the ER for a physical examination and a brain CT scan, to exclude possible delayed intracranial hemorrhage.

Hope to have been helpful!

Best wishes!
