What Causes Headache After Taking Citalopram?
Yes I was prescribed citalopram yesterday I took one pill 20 mg at 2:00 yesterday I woke up last night with a rush feeling over me and restlessness and headache just now feeling better and I am afraid to take a another pill as last night felt so awful. Can I cut the dosage? I am 56 female and weigh 130

Citalopram needs one to four weeks to give its effects. Your body needs 1to 4 weeks to get used to it and improve the symptoms. You have to continue taking it.
