What Causes Headache Along With Blurred Vision And Chest Discomfort?

I was driving my car, and for a few seconds, I had head pain, blurred vision, and tightness in chest. The car started to go close to side of road, but then it went away. It s been about 5 hours, and I m ok, except, I still feel just a slight tightness in chest.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Good day and thank you for posting this question. I will advice you go to the Emergency room as soon as possible, if possibly today. Those signs means there is something wrong with your heart and an heart attack might be knocking on the door. You need to get to the hospital so they do ECG for you, and also your blood pressure, a full blood count, lipid profile and other relevant test. Please don't take this lightly.
I hope it helps.
Thank you.
