What Causes Headache Along With Discomfort In Bladder And Kidney?

Hi, i ve had a headache for 5 days. It feels like the start of a migraine but then doesn t eventuate. Also have slightly strong smelling urine and have been waking with discomfort between bladder and kidneys... or at least that s what I think it is.

Hello.
Although 95% of headaches are painful and not dangerous, any headache that is unlike any you've had before--either more painful or lasting longer than before--warrants your seeing a doctor for an exam and to see if you need an MRI of the brain to rule out a bleed or a tumor.

You may also have a bladder or urinary tract infection so you need to see a doctor for a urinalysis to determine if you need a course of antibiotics.
