Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Headache Along With Fatigue And Muscle Ache?
Started a diet regiment, eating 6 small meals a day of chicken, steak potatoes. 4oz meat, 3oz potatoes at each meal. Drinking at least 80oz of water a day, and working out 3times per week. Have a headache almost every day by the end of the day and am feeling very fatigued and ache. Not like sore muscle ache form workout, like I have the flu ache.
You should let your body rest at least 3-4 days and if you have symptoms of a cold, you can use Paracetamol to control your body temperature if there is a need for that, also you should drink lots of fluids, incorporate veggies and fruits in your diet and also, drink homemade lemon juice (without added sugar) every morning.
After you fully recover, then you can gradually increase the intensity and volume of your workouts and track your body's reaction to them, keeping in mind the fact that sufficient protein, carbohydrate, and fat intake is absolutely important and based solely to your body.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Aleksandar Dimovski, General & Family Physician
