What Causes Headache Along With Nausea And Appetite Loss?
I have had a headache now for 4 days, on & off, worsens when I stand up, nausea, loss of appetite, frequent urination. I have tried Motrin, pseudofed, & a combination of both...nothing is working. I am generally very healthy & no health issues, rarely get sick. Have never had a headache last this long. Can you help?

Acute onset of frequent urination is most commonly due to an urinary tract infection.
This is an infection of any aspect of the urinary tract.
Urinary tract infections can cause additional symptoms such as nausea, headache and loss of appetite as well.
It would be best to visit your doctor for an assessment which include a physical examination and urine tests.
