What Causes Headache Along With Nausea And Blurred Vision?
My daughter has had numerous migraines over the past 6 years but the most recent one was the worse. She was having the usual head pain and nausea but then her vision was affected( I know that can happen but hadn t with her) She got into her doctor the same day and by then her right side of her face was drooping and her right arm down to her fingers were numbing and unable to raise her arm normally and slurring her words. Her doctor told her to go straight to the ER which she did but they just told her she was having a strange migraine. She and her roommate both felt the symptoms were like a stroke but the ER dr. said shes too young to have one, she s 23 yrs. old. An MRI she had last week showed she had two areas of her brain that are enlarged and since the migraine episode she s continually had problems holding things in her right hand. I believe it could ve been a stroke. What do you think?
In my opinion, you should definitely consult a neurologist and get done a clinical examination, MRI brain and EEG (electroencephalogram) are needed. So consult a doctor and discuss all these.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
