What Causes Headache Along With Numbness And Tingling In Lips?

I started getting nausea before eating which has subsided. Slight headache which has lessoned. Numbness/tingling left bottom lip. No other issues. I do have some neck/muscle tightness today which is normal for me. No chest pain, vision changes, trouble breathing

As per your complain headache along with numbness in lips can be due to a number of causes like raised blood pressure, migranes, hyperventilation during headaches while can also be related to nerve disorders or pathologies related to brain..

I would suggest you to consult a Neurophysician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like MRI SCAN, blood pressure monitoring, blood sugar investigation etc to rule out the exact cause of the problem so that the treatment can be planned accordingly..

As of now you can take painkillers like Ibuprofen, take multivitamins with magnesium and take a nutritious diet with ample of fluids..
Take sufficient rest and keep stress low..
You can also do meditation and yoga for relief..
