at about 1:30-2:00PM on Wednesday, March 2018 I started to have a Mild Headache. I continued throughout my day but I also had a sore throat accompanying it. When I returned home at about 4 the headache had gone from about Mild to Moderate so I decided to get some rest. I took a nap for about 4 hours but when I awoke my headache was persisting. I took a single Advil pill and swallowed it with some water. After about 20 minutes my headache wore off but when I went to sleep I was awoken in the middle of the night with a headache again. It was also accompanied by a return of my sore throat. When I attempted to return to sleep I couldn t. It was almost as if I felt I was asleep but I could move my eyes and when I did, I returned to consciousness. This brings me to where I am writing this email, my headache is fine as long as I lay down and don t stand up. My sore throat is manageable as well but I have a very, VERY slight feeling of nausea. I have not checked my temperature yet so I am unaware whether or not I have a Fever.
