Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

An abdominal pain or epigastric pain may be due to acute gastritis or infection or Irritable bowel syndrome. Abnormal vaginal bleeding can be due to dysfunctional uterine bleeding or polyps or uterine malignancy.

Avoid spicy food and caffeinated drinks; take tablet Normaxine once a day for one week. If symptoms not improved, please consult your gynecologist/gastroenterologist, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
