You have been suffering from
anxiety disorder. Anxiety is triggered by
stress, trauma, genetic factors, etc. At the time of anxiety attacks people may experience blurry vision or difficulty in focusing. However, blurry vision happen due to pupil dilation and
hyperventilation both of which can be triggered due to anxiety attacks.
Blurry vision occurs if alcohol is taken to reduce anxiety. Anxiety causes
eye strain, which in turn can lead to blurry vision. Avoid working overtime on your computer, eye strain while on a computer is known to trigger blurry vision symptoms which lead to headache. Get your eyes clinically examined by an Eye specialist. If pathology or vision problem is detected it will be accordingly managed and treated.
You can get connected to a Physical therapist, for cognitive
behavioral therapy, it is helpful.
Numbness is a sign of developing neurological problems, take food rich in vitamin B6, B12 or take supplements. Get Nerve conduction velocity test, nerve
biopsy done. You will be treated accordingly. To get rod of headache, take adequate fluids and water. Do not skip meals, take rest between work, do not overstrain, avoid stress, take adequate sleep at night. Stay away from addictions if any.
