What Causes Headache And Chest Heaviness While On Chantix?

I am 35 yrs young. I have been taking chantix for 3 days. Not sure if this had anything to do with my symptoms. I have a bad headache with lightheadedness heavy tight pressure in middle of chest and feeling very tired. What do you think it could be and do I need go to the er?
