What Causes Headache And Chest Pain?

Hi, may I ask you a question? Why do I always have headache and chest pain when I breathe? It has been about 2-3 days and I have a nose block since last week till now however nothing has cured although I had been taking medicine. Is it a serious one or just a minor flu?
