Headache with dizziness and vomiting generally seen in some ear problem,migraine or
cluster headache.
If you do not have fever, malaise, body ache , cough , common cold or throat pain, no possibility of flue.
Inner ear has cochlea which is responsible for balancing of body.If some disturbance is there, it can cause dizziness, vomiting and headache.(Meniere's disease if associated with
hearing impairment and tinnitus.)
Migraine is common in 20-35 years age group, more in females, varies in frequency form once a week to daily.
It last for 2-4 hours or until pain killer medicine is taken.May be associate with lacrimation,nausea,vomiting and giddiness.Precipitating factor are food.noise and sun light.
Treatment is available in form of primary prophylaxis like
propranolol,
flunarizine or amitryptiline will be helpful.This medicine should be taken daily to prevent headache.Secondary prophylaxis like triptans or NSAIDs medicines which can be taken as soon as you start feeling headache.
