Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been having a pain in my head, rt top curve for the last 3 -4 days or so. I have ruled out lack of caffeine, and it s not a headache. Also with this, I have had periodic dizziness. Do not have a primary physician. Not sure if I should go to a walk-in clinic or the hospital. The pain not a bad pain. It s just a dull constant pain.
As you mentioned you have problem of headach and dizziness that may be because of over use of caffeine or alcohol drinking and smoking... Tension or lack of sleep may lead to this type of symptoms.. Low blood sugar level may ruled out. Sinusitis may lead to this... Consult a physician for further diagnosis.
Take care. Thank you.
