What Causes Headache And Dizziness?

I missed my bp medicine for approx 3 days, I did take my diovan 320 and metoprolol 50mg this morning, and have a pretty good headache, slight dizziness, and just out of it. Should I take another dose to tonight, or just wait for the morning and continue until its back in my system. also if I can not take it tonight, would it be alright to take a couple of advils??

please check your blood pressure...
it is not advisable to take any medications without getting your blood pressure checked....
