What Causes Headache And Fatigue?
Hello- My 10 year old has had a headache all day today and been very fatigued the past week. I am wondering if she is having a growth spurt? Her appitite is fine, mild fever today- no other symptoms. I have given her children s motrin for the headache and fever, but wondering if there are other symptoms I am to look for?

Hi,
The head can be due to common cold/refractive error of eye, constipation or excessive stress & strain. Let her take rest, drink plenty of water & sufficient nutrition.
Add children's anti-cold pill over the counter in place of Mortin in case she has sinus infection. Checking for eyesight is advised for excluding refractory error.
