What Causes Headache And Fever While Having Brain Stem Tumor?

I have a benign tumor on the brain stem. My symptoms are become more problematic. I am experiencing neuro fevers and headaches daily. My core temperature is normal. I have been told the tumor is inoperable and so therefore there has not been a biopsy and no specific diagnosis. I would like to find a doctor in Michigan who has experience in handling patients with this type of tumor in adults.
