What Causes Headache And Intermittent Pain In Chest Area?

I hav a tension headache that radiates between my eyes and around my right eye and jaw. I also, for two days now have had pain in my chest area that comes and goes. I feel like there is a lump in my throat and i feel if i could burp or pass gas i would feel better. Are these symptoms of a heart attack?

Hi it would have been better if you had mentioned your age and if you have any other health conditions. It doesn't seem like symptoms of a heart attack. It looks more like heart burn. You can take some antacids . Avoid spicy food. Do not miss meals. Avoid lying down immediately after meals. Take care :)
