My guidelines at present - inhalation of vapors of boiled water added tincture benzoin - continue Tylenol intake in recommended doses only - avoid exposure to pollen, dust - use face mask wisely - continue cardiac medications in prescribed schedules only - avoid weight-bearing or strenuous work - discuss the need for antibiotics or other supportive therapy with your consultant - avoid smoking if applicable.
