What Causes Headache And Memory Loss?

A strange episode where I lost central vision, dull pressure headache and memory loss. MRI has come back with Minor presumed small vessel ischaemic change in supratentorial white matter and a small established focal ischaemic insult in the right cereballa hemisphere. Any ideas?

As the brain ages, change in appearance around the fluid filled spaces (the ventricles) can occur. These changes are thought to be the long-term effects of atherosclerosis which cause less blood flow in these brain regions. Less blood flow means that the brain tissue can be irreversibly injured, which is referred to as "ischemic injury." This could be the cause of your headache, loss of central vision and memory loss. Please consult a Neurologist for management.
