General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It is common for patients to experience headaches and mood swings after using plan B. This is due to the abrupt hormonal changes caused by its use. You may take some paracetamol and ibuprofen to help with the headache and try to rest. You should be better in the next few days. If you are not any better in a week or you are any worse you will need a visit with your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj, General & Family Physician
