What Causes Headache And Nose Bleed After A Concussion?

I had a concussion 3 1/2 weeks ago Still have headaches and pain in my head. Yesterday came out of the shower and blood started coming from my left nostril and would not stop. I filled almost a whole bath towel with blood. All what the hospital did was pinch my nose and send me home. I have had two more nose bleeds last night. What should I do

There seems to be internal injury to your head after the concussion episode which is making the nose bleed repeatedly. Kindly Get an urgent brain imaging done (MRI) and consult a Neurologist soon. This nose bleed is profuse and is not to be ignored.
