Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. If it increases on moving your head it can be sinus infection, but sinus infections generally cause pain in frontal region. However I would recommend you an eye examination, vision problem though not appreciable to you may be present and may lead to persistent headache. Also since you already have a history of migraine it may be because of that for which I would recommend combination painkillers and you may also need continuous treatment.

Hope this was helpful and do let me know if you have any further questions.

Get well soon.

Regards,
Dr. Akash Kumar
