General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Sorry to hear about your problem. In fact, recurrent falls, with a one-sided headache and foggy vision always need a scan of the brain to rule out intracranial problems like stroke or haematoma.

I would suggest you should take it seriously, and urgently see your doctor to get evaluated and brain imaging.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Mahboob Ur Rahman , General & Family Physician
