What Causes Headache And Pressure In The Upper Abdomen?

Hi my name is Katherine in the past week I have been having bad off and on headaches, my rib cage on both sides feels like it s being pushed out along with my upper stomach. Kind of like blotting but in the other stomach. I ve been having by my pelvic area but a little more intense. And I ve also been nauseous off and on. Pregnancy test a few days ago and it came out negative so what could this be.

it can be migraine or simply refractive error. can consult gastroenterologist and if recomanded can go for endoscopy.can take ultrasound lower abdomen, kub.
