Hi,

Welcome to HealthCareMagic.com I am Dr.J.Mariano Anto Bruno Mascarenhas, and I am here to help you. I have read your question with care and understand your concerns.

The complaints are
1. Loss of Consciousness - Do not remember any of that
2. Fall - Was told that you fell and hit your head
3. Not Responsive for 2 hours
4. Black out
5. Balance Problems
6. Headache
7. Ringing in Ears

All these point to a problem in your Posterior Fossa. It is more likely to be in your Cerebello Pontine Angle.

You need
1. Clinical Neurological Examination
2. Fundus Examination
3. MRI Brain

I would suggest you to consult your Neurosurgeon at the earliest

Hope you found the answer helpful.

If you need any clarification / have doubts / have additional questions / have follow up questions, then please do not hesitate in asking again. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Best Wishes for Speedy Recovery
Let me know if I can assist you further.
