What Causes Headache And Rise In BP Level While Having Subdural Hematoma?

My husband was in a car accident and recieved a small acute subdural hematoma, he stayed in hospital. Overnight to watch it. Is still having headaches and 170/101 blood pressure. He also complained.About pressure behind his eye. What could this be. Did the hematoma grow? His normal pressure is 130/78

He needs to be re-evaluated immediately since the high blood pressure and the headache could be indications of an expanding subdural hematoma
