What Causes Headache And Tingling Sensation In Head After A Sting On Scalp?

I got stung a few times on my scalp two days ago. my head tingled and hurt and I had a horrible headach the first day. Second day horrible headache. Today, tender head and behind my ear hurts (wasnt stung there) and is swollen up firmly. should I be worried or going to the doctor? or just wait it out?
