General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I think you are having an upper respiratory tract infection. Should:
- rest more
- increase fluids intake (water with oral rehydration salts, juice, tea)
- take oral antiseptic
- apply nasal saline spray
- take over the counter antihistamine; Vitamin B and C as energy booster; pain killers

If no improvement within a couple of days, should see your caring doctor as might need to run chest X-ray and maybe need prescription medicines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini,
