What Causes Headache And Tiredness After Consuming Alcohol?

Hi, I was out last night and fell and hit my head after consuming a generous amount of alcohol. I can't remember anything after hitting my head but I think that could be from the alcohol. Today I feel tired and weak and have an ongoing headache. Again this could be from what I drank last night. What should I do?

Hi welcome to HCM....

Alcohol injurious to health in many way ...

Alcohol can lead headache as an hangover headache ....

You have drunk alcohol without taking any food than alcohol can be absorbed in high amount and headache can be there ..

Measure your blood pressure also that can lead headache ...

Maintain hydration as dehydration can lead headache ...

If you are chronic drinker and also having mental confusion symptom than thiamin deficiency secondary to alcohol has to be ruled out called as wernick encephalopathy ..
Better to avoid excess alcohol....
