What Causes Headache, Appetite Loss And Dizziness?

Hello. I have had a headache for almost a week now (It hurts at the front of my head and wraps around to the right side) I have a loss in my appetite (I feel hungry but I can t force myself to eat as much as I need) I dry heave in the mornings (I haven t done that in 2 days now) I feel dizzy all the time and can t stop crying.

Hello,

The assembly of symptoms such as headache, low appetite and dizziness do indicate intestine infection with some sort of bug as salmonella typhi or else. In my clinic, I do recommend a thorough systemic examination and necessary lab tests such as:
- Complete hemogram
- Serum Widal test (rapid slide and test tube method)
- Others
