What Causes Headache, Backache And Shivering?

My Six year old daughter complained this weekend about headache and backache, like crying about it and on Saturday had the shivers and was sleeping most of the day so I thought maybe she coming up with the flu but the backache does not go away do I need to get her to the doctor

Yes. It could be a viral infection or it could be something like malaria dengue or any other infection. Better consult a doctor and get the infective panel checked.
