What Causes Headache Before Ejaculation?
During sex and just before ejaculation it feels like I m starting to have a bad headache due to pressure. If I stop, I feel the pressure to subside but then my head throbbes. It almost feels like I m going to have a stroke. I do have high bloodpressure. Currently 155 / 88. My fsamily does not have a history of high blood pressure or skrokes

hi, well i have read ur querry. the problem u have is called sex headache that are experienced by many ppl during their sexual activity. there are two types dull and throbbing. u are havng throbbing one. there are various causes like stroke, htn, infection, inflammaton, coronary artery disease . risk factors include being male and having previous hx of headache and migraine. u must consult a neurologist who may sugest various tests like ecg, echo, Mri and Ct brain to find specific cause . ur doctor may prescribe for you the preventive medications like betablockers and antimigrain like triptan. most of sex headaches improves with time
