Please mention your occupation/job you do. If your job involves hardship then have ample amount of fluid i.e. water/lemon juice.
Getting tired easily with all the symptoms mentioned above suggest me of some
iron deficiency in your diet.
Eat jaggery, spinach and food stuff with more of iron content.
Please mention about the type of headache, is it dull or pulsating.
Would you mention exact site of the head where it is located.

Have a balanced diet with 60% carbohydrates 20-25% protein and 10-15% fat along with essential
vitamins and minerals. Include seasonal fresh fruits and salads in your diet.
Have 6-8 hours sound sleep and avoid unnecessary travel.
