What Causes Headache, Blurred Vision And Tiredness?
ok I have had a headache for several days neck pain blurred vision it is mostly in the back of my head I have been seeing black dots, feeling terrible anxiety, super tired, feeling like I am not here, fast heart beat at times, sweaty hands, feeling dizzy, my eye s feel like they are not working and are super bloodshot.

The symptoms are consistent with common causes like migraine or tension headache, as first-line management, you can try analgesics like aceclofenac or tramadol for pain relief.
If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intracranial (inside the brain) causes.
