I am 22 year unmaried male .from 14 years age I am doing mastrubution .now i am feeling so tied and also head pain.am filling pain on my Hole body and when I am talking with my girlfriend some white type of liquid comes out ...plz sir tell me what ll I do?

Hello,

Body ache you can take supplements like vitamin D, calcium and a multivitamin. White discharge is not a cause of concern as for now until unless it is foul smelled or you have any penile problem.
