hello i am confused if im pregnant i am sick in a morning sometimes its when i first get up but sometimes its after something to eat. I had my first cramp today. my nipples/boobs was sore a few weeks but that as gone now. I am always tired and have realy bad heas aches. I dont have frequent periods so I dont know when to do a test or if i have missed a period. I have done a test but it came up negitive.
