General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

There are some factors causing headache:
- bad teeth: get them checked by a dentist
- bad positioning : try to correct posture especially when using tv or computers;
- lack of physical activity: should go out and take short walks breathing fresh air
- stress: try to cope with stress
- bad eating habits: do not skip meals, try to eat healthy
- too much caffeine: coffee might be good in waking you up but sometimes causing irritations ending to headaches
- anemia: get a complete blood count to rule that out
- ear problems: get them checked by ENT specialist
- dehydration: check blood electrolytes and replace them adequately as per test results.

To me, should check your teeth first.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
