General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

At the age of 48, one can have eye sight problems, they can lead to these symptoms / menopausal hormonal changes are possible which can give you these symptoms. Similarly vascular heart problems also need to be excluded. So I would suggest to get examined by heart specialist / eye specialist&endocrinologist to exclude these causes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
