What Causes Headache, Dizziness And Severe Anxiety In A 33 Year Old Man?
Hi. I am a 33 year old man who has struggled with binge drinking over the years. I went out last night and had ten beers on an empty stomach and smoked a few cigarettes. Today has been the worst day ever. The headache is gone but the dizziness is still so severe. And the anxiety is bad too. My pulse rate is currently 79 bpm. My fingernails don t have a bluish tint but its 6pm and the dizziness makes it hard to walk. I havent eaten or hydrated enough yet. Do I need to visit the hospital or will this eventually pass?
