What Causes Headache, Dizziness And Stomach Cramping Along With Red Colored Vomiting?
I have the worst headache pain I ve ever experienced in my life. I can I hear my heartbeat through my ears and my stomach cramps are painfully Ann I m on my period and this is als the first time I ve ever had stomach cramps. Hot and cold flashes and dizziness and redness in my face. My vomit and feces are blood red. Are normally wag healthy but I had pizza today
Blood in the vomit and feces may imply that you have a bacterial infection that may need treatment.
This infection may be the cause of the headache and the fluid loss (from the vomit and diarrhea) would cause the dizziness.
You need to hold off solid food for now, concentrate on replacing the fluids lost. Oral rehydration solutions or sport drinks would be best because they would give you back fluids and electrolytes.
Probiotics and medications such lomotil or peptobismol may help. You may still need to see your doctor for assessment.
I hope this helps
