What Causes Headache, Dizziness, Breathlessness And Heart Palpitations Post Hysterectomy?

Good afternoon, I had had hysterectomy in on November 7, 2016 where my uterus alone was taken out. Since then I have been having headache, sweaty palm, heart palpitation, weakness in both legs, dizziness, lightness in head, cramp in toes stiffness in neck, shortness of breath.I Have done adrenal test and it shows that I am not having a panic attack. Could you please tell me what could be happening to me?

uterus was taken out is fully amount to hysterectomy. as a conse quence what is happening is in expected line since all hormonal imbalance will take place.you have gone into menupousal state so all symptoms are akin to that.
