What Causes Headache, Dizziness, Muscle Fatigue After Delayed Periods?

Hello, my last af was 5 days late. I had headaches dizziness muscle fatigue a week before I notice it was late. It however came, but lasted for 3 days then began to spot a little. This month, it 5 days early and I notice some new type of tiny blood clots. When my last AF ended, my breast began to get tender, and I had all the pregnancy symptoms. I am now excessively bloated. My waist is normally 30. Now its bloated to 38inches. And its on and off. I have this pulling sensation in my abdomen just a bit below my navel. Its so hard yo tuck my tummy in. Pregnancy tests say I am not pregnant. If I am, I would be like 7weeks. I really don t know what to do.

Hi,

Hormonal imbalance, PCOD or hypothyroidism can also cause such symptoms. You can repeat pregnancy test on morning first urine sample after 72 hours. If still negative then a transvaginal ultrasound examination will be helpful to know the exact status of uterus. For that you have to consult a gynecologist.
