What Causes Headache, Eye Strain And Tightness In The Temple Region?
Hi, to relieve eye strain and mild headache, head tension / temple tightness....I ll massage my temples and move my head around and get crackling, tension relief...I wondered what that is and if there is any downside? also wondered if there was anything else I could do to relieve the tension and eye strain
